The B2200A is top of the line parametric switch matrix from Agilent with the capability of providing femto-ampere current measurements and direct instrument performances are delivered from its inputs to outputs with exact accuracies and resolutions.  It is configured with 8 guarded triaxial inputs and 6 coaxial inputs with up to 48 guarded triaxial outputs.

The Agilent E5250A low-leakage switch mainframe that easily expands the capability of a single measurement instrument, such as the Agilent B1500A, 4155C, or 4156C, to an automated measurement system.  Plug-in modules can be configured either as a cross-point matrix for general parametric measurements or as a multiplexer for long-term reliability measurements.
